YEK-MF Series Ash Muffle Furnace 7 L

The YEK-MF series 7 L ash muffle furnace provides PID temperature control for ashing and heat treatment, with model-dependent maxima of 1100–1600 °C.

Construction and temperature control

The furnace uses a double-layer body and high-density fibre insulation. The PID control unit allows temperature programming. Maximum temperature and continuous operating temperature are different; compare both values for the selected model.

• YEK-MF 1100: Maximum 1100 °C; continuous operation 1050 °C; Fe-Cr-Al heating element.
• YEK-MF 1200: Maximum 1200 °C; continuous operation 1150 °C; Fe-Cr-Al heating element.
• YEK-MF 1300: Maximum 1300 °C; continuous operation 1250 °C; SiC heating element.
• YEK-MF 1600: Maximum 1600 °C; continuous operation 1550 °C; MoSi2 heating element.
