YEKLAB YK-PCR100 PCR cabinet designed for pre-PCR sample preparation in molecular biology labs. UV sterilization and HEPA-filtered airflow provide contamination-free working environment. 1000mm width offers adequate workspace for standard PCR equipment and micropipettes.
Contamination Prevention Technology
Biggest problem in PCR work is contamination of new reactions by previous amplicons. YK-PCR100 solves this with multi-layer protection. 99.99% efficient HEPA filter traps DNA particles. Laminar airflow (0.45 m/s) creates continuous clean air from work surface outward.
Powerful UV-C Sterilization
30W UV-C lamp (254 nm wavelength) effectively breaks down DNA and RNA molecules. Automatic sterilization program before and after work minimizes contamination risk. Timer-controlled UV system programmable 15-120 minutes.
Negative Pressure System
Slight negative pressure inside cabinet prevents air entry from outside. Silent fan motor (<50 dB) causes no disturbance during extended use.
